Ads were delivered to mobile devices in areas with homes older than 10 years and household incomes of $75K+. The Plumbing and HVAC Ops Managers identified the majority of these areas and a satellite geofence was drawn. After signing a non-disclosure agreement, the client sent a monthly service job address list. We created a Matchback Report to compare the service jobs to those receiving ads. We categorized the jobs as current or new clients. Anyone who had not had service in the last 2+ years was considered a “new costumer”.

Geofencing Display ads are a terrific way to measure reach and stay top -of-mind. As service calls increased in those areas, the added visibility of wrapped vans increased the campaign’s effectiveness as we saw the overall spend in the less seasonal months increase year-over-year.
